Office Information
If you feel hesitant about receiving a large amount of currency by delivery, or if you want to get the currency as soon as possible by visiting our office, you can visit our office to receive your order in-person.
If you come to our office, the procedure will be the following steps.
Please be aware for the following.
-For orders below 300,000 yen in total value, we will charge a 1,000 yen fee.
-You have to make an appointment by the day before you visit our office for the exchange.
-You can only visit and make an appointment during our business hours.
(Closed on the weekends and holidays)
-You can buy and/or sell foreign currency.
