■Bank Transfer

After you order online, you will get a confirmation email stating the amount you need to deposit and the information of an account you need to deposit.
Please deposit by the deadline.
Once we confirm your deposit, we will process the order and send it out.
After we send out your order, we will send an email with the tracking number, so you can check the status of your package anytime.

■ Payment-Upon-Receipt
　　(Above 1,000,000JPY worth orders are only available with Bank Transfer)

After you order online, all you need to do is to give cash to the Postal Service Officer when they deliver your package.
After we send out your order, we will send an email with tracking number, so you can check the status of your package anytime.

※ Forthe orders above 1,000,000JPY worth, a special process is used and so we will call you after you place the order.
※ We send out the order on the same day if you place the order and complete the deposit by 3pm. Otherwise, the order will be sent out on the next business day
※ Depending on our currency stocks, it might take 2-3 business days to send out the orders.
※ Please check your currency as soon as you get the package in order to make sure you received the correct amount.

All you need to do at this point is send your foreign currency to us! Please send us with “Recorded Delivery” which can be tracked and we can get it by hand.

■ Mailing

You will get a confirmation email right after you order.
After checking the email, please send us your foreign currency by “Recorded Delivery” so that you can make sure to be delivered directly to us by hand.
*Please write down your order number on envelop when you send out.
After inspecting your foreign currency, we will send you Japanese Yen by “Registered Mail.”
We will inform your tracking number by email once we send it out.
