An appointment has to be made by the day before your visit.
The transaction rate will be locked when you place the order.(It's not the rate on transaction day)
For orders below 300,000 yen in total value, we will charge a 1,000 yen fee.
If the transaction is not completed within 7 days after placing the order, it will be canceled due to the customer's responsibility.
Cancel fee is 5% of your order amount in Japanese yen.
If you are late over 15 minutes, please contact us. Or we will reschedule your appointment.

Same day shipping is available upon receipt of payment by 11:00am.

Postage is 400 yen, but postage is free for orders of 100,000 yen or more.

Orders placed by 11:00 am. will be shipped the same day. Postage is 700 yen.

Currency exchange : Sale (Bank transfer)

We will remit the funds to your designated account by the next business day from the day we receive the foreign currency. The bank transfer fee is 250 yen, and there is no bank transfer fee for orders of 100,000 yen or more.

We will ship your order by registered mail by the next business day after the date of receipt of the foreign currency. The postage fee is 550 yen.
